During the Shelby 427 from Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Paul Menard got loose under Marcos Abrose and shot up the racetrack. He tried to correct, when Biffle turned under him, attempting the pass for position. Biffle got loose under Menard, and may have clipped Menard’s left front. Menard turned hard right into the outside wall.
