Kenseth Flips During Aaron’s 312

In the closing laps of the Aarons 312 at Talladega Superspeedway,  Kyle Busch jumped out of line to start a run on the outside.

Matt Kenseth attempted to go with him, but was unable to. He tried to tuck back in line in front of his teammate David Ragan. Ragan bumped Kenseth, sending him spinning.

Kenseth’s car slid sideways before flipping down the front stretch.

Earnhardt Jr, Vickers Incident In 2009 Daytona 500

In the 2009 Daytona 500, Dale Earnhardt Jr was racing with Brian Vickers for the Lucky Dog spot. Jr had a huge run on Vickers, and dove to the inside to make the pass. Vickers, turned down to block Jr, forcing him below the yellow line. Jr turned up to get back on the race track and clipped the back of Vickers. Vickers swerved, and then spun into the outside line, collecting Scott Speed, Kyle Busch, and Robby Gordon.

When the smoke cleared, 10 cars were involved. After the incident several drivers had differing opinions of whether the move was intentional. You be the judge:

Vickers said:

I went to block him. I beat him to the yellow line and then he just turned us. To wreck somebody intentionally like that in front of the entire field is really kind of dangerous. That’s my problem with it.

It’s funny that Vickers said, “To wreck somebody intentionally like that in front of entire field is really kind of dangerous.” Can you say hypocrite:
